Randy Schutt

Randy Schutt has worked to end South African apartheid, to stop nuclear power and support safe, renewable energy, to prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons, and to convert military industry to socially-useful production. He has authored several books including Inciting Democracy: A Practical Proposal for Creating a Good Society. Since 2001, he has worked with several peace groups in Cleveland. Pamela Haines

Pamela Haines was a member of the original Macro-Analysis Collective. Since then she has been active in the Philadelphia Jobs with Peace Campaign, raised a family, and written a newspaper column, edited a journal, and led groups and workshops on parenting. Since 1997, she has been working on an economic justice campaign for child care workers. In her spare time she does urban public gardening, supports an education and peace effort in Northern Uganda, supports her son and others in Nicaragua, and works on class and race issues in a variety of ways in Philadelphia.
